Rates / Sliding Scale
Although I do have a set fee, I do not want this fee to deter you from getting the help you may need. During our first session, for which I do not charge, we will discuss your fee based on your ability to pay. I am happy to provide a sliding scale to ease any financial stress that paying for therapy may cause.

Insurance

I currently am an In-Network Provider for the following:

CIGNA

MEDICARE

UNITED HEALTHCARE / OPTUM

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
You may pay by cash or check weekly. I will provide you with a monthly invoice for your files. In addition, I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
